Just a few kilometers from Labin, in place of Kapelica, the modern and tastefully decorated Villa Sent has found its place in nature.

The house consists of the ground floor, first floor and basement: on the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room and living room combined in the open space. One bedroom is located
on the ground floor for easier access, while the others are located upstairs. Each room has an ensuite bathroom to provide guests with absolute comfort. The first floor leads to another terrace, smaller, but more intimate than the one on the ground floor.
The living room opens onto a spacious terrace on the ground floor, which is part of a yard of 2500 m2. On the ground floor there is a covered outdoor kitchen with a large dining table spacious enough to gather family or friends to socialize with fine food. A few meters away there is a swimming pool with its own sun deck to offer a more pleasant outdoor stay. Although purposefully different, these two amenities stylistically intertwine and together add value to this beautiful villa.
The basement houses many activities for all those who are interested: children have a playroom equipped with facilities adapted to their age group, from didactic toys to darts and table football. Everyone who wants an active vacation will not lose their shape even on vacation because they have a gym with all the necessary fitness equipment.
With its size, as well as the spaciousness of the terrain that surrounds it, Villa Sent offers enough privacy and shelter from prying eyes, and with its optimal location just outside the town allows you to be in the center of events in only a few minutes.
